It has been brought to the Township’s attention that there have been ATV’s/ Dirt Bikes/ Motor Bikes riding on Public Roadways and Open Space land and damaging property. The Township is particularly concerned with the unauthorized riding of these vehicles in Open Space areas and on the Public Roadways.
The riding of motorized vehicles on open space land is trespassing and creates noise and property damage issues. All unauthorized riding of ATV’s/ Dirt Bikes/ Motor Bikes on Open Space Land and Public Roadways should cease immediately. The Pennsylvania State Police are aware of this issue.
