London Grove Township adopted Ordinance No. 109 on September 15, 2005. The Ordinance requires that all owners of every rental unit and/or Non-Owner Occupied property  provide a semi-annual report to the Township. Information provided will be used to update the Earned Income Tax records. It is the responsibility of the owner of every rental unit located within London Grove Township to file a written semi-annual report with the Township Secretary containing the complete name and address of each person 18 years of age and older who is currently residing in their rental property as of June 30 and December 31 of each calendar year.
